Once SEDPW receive an Invitation to Bid, our estimator will closely evaluate all documents to provide proposals referencing a detailed scope of work, a project timeline, and a budget on the specific project. All financials are discussed per company and/or General Contractor Invitation to Bid.

Upon initial contact, we will inquire more about the scope of your construction cleaning project during the estimation process if necessary. SEDPW has a live representative available to take your call. Talking to one of our professionals is the best way to learn about the individual services we offer for the construction industry.

To provide you with an accurate cost estimate, our team will first need to understand the size and condition of your property. Only then will we be able to gauge how much work needs to be done. When you contact us, we will schedule an on-site consultation, walk through your property, and discuss what areas you are most concerned with. From there, we can work with you to develop a cleaning plan and provide you with a cost and time estimate.
